What happens next
- We’ll confirm we got your complaint within 48 hours and give you a reference number.
- We aim to sort it out within 15 days, and always within one month.
- We’ll explain what we did, or why we can’t do what you asked.
Please include your account email and as much detail as you can. If you’re a parent writing about your child’s account, tell us the student’s name and the email they signed up with.
Parents: delete your child’s account
Use the link in the email we sent you when your child joined (it works for 14 days). After that, email us from the same email address and we’ll delete the account and everything stored about it.
Spotted a mistake in a question?
Every question is checked by a teacher, but if you spot an error, email us the link to the question and what you think is wrong. We’ll check it and fix it.
Copyright or content concerns
If you think something on Hexi uses your work, email us with details and we’ll look into it straight away.
If you’re still not happy
